Does this mean the new series is going to end up like the sentinels too... some lame 3 episode movie that goes nowhere!
What the hell am I supposed to do now.. I have given 4 long years to this site! What a let down... but I guess I should be used to it by now!

I don't necessarily think they're bailing on us. If anything one would assume its a money issue and they can no longer afford to keep the Robotech.com server online.
If that is the case however you have to wonder just how badly was the Robotech stuff selling? You've also got to consider that the RT.com servers power all of Harmony Gold's websites, HG.com, RT.tv, the Robocon website, etc. Not having any official websites for any of their products is probably going to cause alot of issues for HG. I could see the Robotech stuff being covered by ADV but that would most likley be all the original series unless (and I would assume that this was the plan) they are publishing the Shadow Chronicles as well. | |

I've been here since the start of this site and I would like to say it has been fun. Now, I have to go through the pains taking process of finding another start up page for my web browsers. However, I am hoping that this is only going to be a temporary thing, after all where are we going to get all this cool Robotech merchandise in a nice convenient place that the Robotech.com store provides. I, also find it odd that it will happen so abruptly without any more notice. However, if Robotech.com is going to go off for good then, this will be the last forum I will post in. Well, I think it is time to say goodbye and hope we can all go on without Robotech.com. | |
