Awesome! Scott's epic score is amazing. Considering the budget he had to work with, he really made the most out of it for this movie. His music really gave TSC a "big movie" feel. Two thumbs up!... more if I had them!

Definitely gotta have this soundtrack!

I just was saying that the cd was going to be out before an official announcement was made.It took someone nearly three weeks before someone made an official announcement. While,in my humble opinion,a grace period should be given to the staff here at the web page. But when it takes that long to make an official announcement in regards to a product it seems to be long overdue.Plus i believe the pre-orders where avabile to diamond distrubtors awhile back.I am not complaining nor am i being an jerk in anyway i was just saying it was funny(to me anyways).

The reference to Kevin's post was simply to illustrate that although fans may share in the anticipated excitement of our upcoming products, we just can't make formal announcements on an official level until the deal has been worked out.

Scott was also an important part of getting proposals from major soundtrack labels at the 11th hour. I myself was pretty surprised by how some of these releases (besides ours) are squeaked through at the last second.

Varese Sarabande has notified us that the soundtrack CDs are shipping to retailers from Universal Music Group's factory in the midwest. Since Robotech.com's warehouse is expecting to receive them this week, pre-orders might not get processed tomorrow, but they are expected to be ready to ship this week. Larger music chains may have them in store tomorrow, but Scott Glasgow has recommended checking with the retail staff as they will typically order very few copies per store as score soundtracks are considered a niche genre.

... ...

WOW - The Music of Scott Glasgow GOES BEYOND expectation!!! I went to Best Buy last night and either they didn't recieve that many copies or I lucked out - being that I got the LAST one!

Happy Birthday!!!

I went home and while I waited for my girlfriend to come over I sat in my entertainment room (The ROBOTECH Room) and took a seat ... plugged the cd into the system and sat back!

WOW!!!

From opening to close I could completely envision not only the Movie TSC ... but a myriad of other Stories yet to be told!!!

Hats off to Scott ... GREAT JOB!!!

<EDIT> Oh and for the the Audio-phile ... try adjusting your equalizer logarithms ... i used my DTS & set it to Concert Hall ... it made for some real RICH tones ... and a bit haunting reverb...
