Despite increasing economic challenges across the North American market, Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles was able to make the top ten list by itself outside of the overall Robotech franchise through a theatrical run with National Cinemedia, a #1 bestselling anime DVD through Amazon.com, a hot-selling art book from Stonebridge Press, and the announcement of global licensing and distribution partners.
